Roasts aren’t just for Sundays at the JRC Carvery. Enjoy succulent meat with all the trimmings, then go back for more! Our roasts include beef, pork, and chicken all freshly cooked. Why not try all three with a hearty selection of roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, and veg!

Our chefs prepare authentic Japanese Sushi, those sumptuous bite-sized combinations of rice and the freshest fish are the perfect way to start your meal. At the Teppanyaki Grill watch in awe as our expert chefs prepare your meal with flair, creativity and a touch of showmanship! The chef takes your choice of fresh ingredients and transforms them on the sizzling hotplate into delicious creations.

Mexican

You don’t have to go all the way to Mexico to enjoy sumptuous Mexican cuisine – just your local JRC! From fried chicken to grilled corn to tasty burritos – we have all the traditional Mexican dishes.

Thai

Thai cuisine has a distinctive flavour which comes from its unique use of key ingredients such as coconut milk, tamarind paste, chillies, basil, and lemongrass. At JRC we prepare authentic dishes including soups and stir-fries, from recipes passed down from generation to generation.

Indian

Cuisine

Our Indian section boasts dishes from all over this vast country. We use a traditional tandoori oven because nothing beats the taste of fresh naan bread and succulent marinated meat fresh out of the oven. Our curries are carefully spiced using authentic ingredients and prepared using traditional cooking techniques – so you’ll want to try them all! A selection of rice dishes, pickles and chutneys made a perfect accompaniment to our Indian dishes.

Chinese

Cuisine

Our Chinese section includes an array of incredible dishes. Dim Sum are a great way to start a meal, lovingly described as “scrumptious little-steamed parcels” but the literal meaning of Dim Sum is “to touch your heart” – and our selection certainly does that! Each one has been handmade and filled with ingredients from traditional recipes. In fact, the art of creating dim sum took centuries to evolve and develop - no wonder they taste so delicious! It doesn’t matter whether you slurp your noodles or twist them around a fork – they still taste fantastic and we don’t mind how much noise you make when slurping! Don’t forget to try a stir-fry - food cooked in a Wok is as healthy as it gets as it uses a very small amount of oil – so go on, have a second or third helping! But leave room for Crispy Roast Duck and pancakes with Hoi Sin sauce – it’s always a favourite.

Italian

No trip to our buffet will be complete without a few dishes from Italy. We use traditional recipes from Naples for our pizzas – they just taste better especially straight from the oven. The combination of rich sauces and pastas are popular with adults and kids alike, use some garlic bread to mop up the sauce!

French

France is known the world over for its rich culinary heritage and at JRC you’ll find delicious examples of those fine dishes. We have a mouth-watering selection of fresh seafood dishes from across the Channel as well as an array of delicious patisserie dishes. Close your eyes and bite into one of our desserts and you’ll be forgiven for thinking you’re in Paris!
